Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to your hotel in Negombo – a fishing town just under 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport. Enjoy the comforts of your hotel and the surroundings to overcome the jetlag after a long flight.

After breakfast, head to the southern coast to Thalalla Retreat, set on a tranquil white sandy beach. This retreat offers a perfect mix of relaxation, meditation, and fun in the sun! Over the next two days, enjoy daily 90-minute yoga classes and 60-minute meditation sessions, designed to calm and strengthen your body, mind, and soul. Explore the park’s varied landscapes, from dense forests to open grasslands, and witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat, making it a must-visit for any wildlife enthusiast. In the morning, after breakfast, check out and head towards your next destination, the scenic Central Hills of Nuwara Eliya. Though it’s a long drive, the journey offers breathtaking views, with a stop in the idyllic mountain town of Ella. Nestled amidst lush tea plantations and rolling misty hills, Ella is perfect for a short break with plenty of attractions to explore.
Visit the Nine Arches Bridge, also known as the “Bridge in the Sky,” a stunning viaduct that stretches over a valley of tea plants, offering one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic sights. Also, stop by Ravana Falls, one of the island’s widest waterfalls. According to legend, this is where King Ravana of Lanka hid the kidnapped wife of a Hindu god in the caves behind the waterfall.

After breakfast drive down to Kandy Rukgala Retreat Kandy. This will be your home for the next two days.
Your day begins with a yoga session to ease your mind and soul. Package includes group Yoga classes in the morning and evening, 1 x 60 minutes full body massage per person, Guided walk/climb to Bambaragala (rock and temple), non-guided use of paddle boards apart from all meals. After breakfast it’s time to move on to the city. Check out and drive to Colombo the business capital of Sri Lanka. Enroute visit the city of Kandy, the home for the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha which is another UNESCO world heritage site. Pay your respects to the golden-roofed Temple and obtain the blessing for good health, long life and peace of mind.
Lunch in Kandy and proceed to Colombo. Check-in to your hotel in Colombo and enjoy its comforts for the rest of the day.

Your guide will meet you on time at the lobby to drive you to the Colombo International Airport for your departing flight home.
